For young people: something just for you.

A short, free guide I've written for young people. You don't need to sign up or give your name or email address. There's just one quick question first, so I know who the guide is reaching, and then it's yours.

How old are you?

Your answer is anonymous. It isn't linked to your name, email or anything else about you.

Why it's called document six

A plain name, on purpose

I gave it a plain, boring name so that when you save it to your phone or computer it doesn't give anything away. It's yours to read in your own time, privately.

It's guidance and some things to think about, so you can work out what might help and where to get support if you want it. It isn't therapy, and it isn't a replacement for talking to someone you trust.

If you're worried about yourself right now, you can talk to Childline for free on 0800 1111, any time of day or night. If you are in danger, call 999.

For professionals and parents
